What is the payment
policy for services you provide?
For all client relationships with a formal contract in place, a net 30 day payment is required, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand. For company Purchase Orders, a net 30 day payment is required.
What forms of payment do you accept for your products and
services?
DMWData accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, and Discover) for all services and products.
We also accept Purchase Orders for products and services to be paid
upon the due date by corporate check or credit card.
Note:
It is our standard practice to have a formal contract in place for
database relationships.
What are your standard turnarounds?
What hours is Support available, if I need help?
Live Support (online and by phone)is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST. Assistance is also available after hours based on Support Ticket request (routed by our answering service.) So we are available at just a little more than a moments notice. Any system
downtime will be escalated to a service representative ASAP.
Do you provide printing and mailing services?
Yes.
DMWData provides all services for your direct
mail needs. We may at times outsource some of your process to specialized
companies -- with our focus geared toward saving you time and money
-- all while providing a high level of integrity to your direct
mail needs.
What is the difference between DP Online and DP Dashboard?
Can I perform all of my data processing with DP Online?
With our
DP Online you should be able to complete
all of your data processing tasks. It is essential, however, to
bear in mind that data processing can mean many things to different
people. For this reason, we have the Customer Service Online Support
portal available to answer questions at any time and assist with
your project.
Can I perform all of my data processing with DP Dashboard?
Definitely.
DP Dashboard will allow you to manipulate
and perform data processing tasks. Of course,
DMWData's
Customer Service is available to answer your questions and provide
assistance.
Why do you have products for Merge, Cass and Presort
and also use FirstLogic for the same processes?

DMWData's Product
Suite for merge purge, Cass certification, and presort
allows most users to perform the functions necessary
for database and direct mail needs.

In particular cases where there
is a need for more specialized processing (i.e., extended
merge matching or swapping of address line information,)
we would suggest contacting us to have our staff perform
these advanced ad hoc processes. By having this functionality
and resources readily available to you, you also benefit
from lower costs for the same level of processes.
