NET CRM
Net_CRM , our online database
record query, segmentation and reporting tool, allows “non-technical” users to query
and create targeted marketing segments from their database. Users are able to query
records based on fields and values and create audiences for direct communications.
It’s so simple! Upon entering the proposed audience criteria, the query runs and
provides information on the completed process and allows the process to create files.
An example of Net_CRM: A large retailer
wants to market to individuals on the East Coast who have made a summer season purchase
of $20-$100, with over $500 in total purchases for the year. With Net_CRM
the user would write their criteria to select East Coast states and perform the
function of searching the database for customers meeting the specified purchase
criteria. (We would also be able to flag undeliverable addresses at this point and
suppress other campaign records, if the user wishes.)
