Sometimes who you don’t

files intended to scrub your lists and databases of common "do
not mail or call” scenarios.
Types of suppression available for your data:
- DMA Mail Preference includes records
from the Direct Mail Association from those who have indicated
that they do not wish to receive direct mail advertisements
- DMA Tele-Preference includes records
from the DMA from those who have indicated that they do
not wish to receive telemarketing solicitations
- Deceased Data includes the most recent
48 months of deceased records
- Deceased via Relative includes white
mail from relatives indicating that an individual has
deceased, requesting the name and address be removed from
mailing lists
- Correctional Facilities
- Public Record Data includes records
of bankruptcies, tax liens and judgments

- Client-Suppression Files
includes information based upon client “do not mail,”
recent orders, bad debt, last-minute suppressions

- Military ZIP Codes (APO, FPO, MPO)
- Credit Score
- Third Party Pander includes written
requests from outside organizations to have a name and
address removed from mailing lists
